Computing devices

ActorKlass is not responsible for the inability of any participant to attend a regularly scheduled class due to technical issues beyond our control. Participants are encouraged to conduct a webcam and microphone check on the computing device to be used for the class at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled start time of the class. Instructions for class login and participation are sent prior to start time via email upon initial registration

Registrant email substitution

Prior to start time ActorKlass will send class login details to the participants email provided at time of initial registration. If the participants email address needs to be changed, please contact orders@actorklass.com at least 48-hours prior to the class to ensure the team has enough notice to provide login details. The subject of your email should include “registrant email substitution”

Commitment

Consistency and commitment breeds success, attending every class keeps you on track to a solid acting technique, stronger auditions and ultimately more bookings.  But ‘life’ happens…

Rescheduling

All requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to orders@actorklass.com. The subject should include the word “rescheduling”. Requests by phone or voicemail will not be accepted. (No exceptions please)

ONE-ON-ONE KLASS:
One rescheduling request can be approved every 3 months

  • Rescheduling the date of attendance may be made at no charge at least 48-hours prior to the date/time of the class
  • Failure to attend a registered class without notice will result in a loss of the class and inability to reschedule

GROUP & GROUP-ACCELERATED KLASS:
One rescheduling request can be approved every 3 months

  • Rescheduling class may be made at any point in the future while you are enrolled in classes, at least 48-hours prior to the new day/time of another offered class, at which time you will be provided your private class access code
  • Failure to attend a registered class without notice will result in a loss of the class and inability to reschedule

ActorKlass Cancellations/Refunds Policy

All requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to orders@actorklass.com. The subject should include the word “cancellation”. Requests by phone or voicemail will not be accepted. (No exceptions please)

ONE-ON-ONE KLASS:
One cancellation request can be approved every 3 months

  • Cancelling the date of attendance may be made at no charge at least 48-hours prior to the date/time of the class
  • No refunds are given for One-on-One Klass. Any purchased class time must be used/rescheduled
  • Failure to attend a registered class without notice will result in a loss of the class and inability to reschedule

GROUP & GROUP-ACCELERATED KLASS:
Monthly subscription can be cancelled with at least 14 days prior to your automatic subscription renewal date 

  • No refunds are given for GROUP & GROUP-ACCELERATED Klass. Any purchased class time must be used/rescheduled
  • Failure to attend a registered class without notice will result in a loss of the class and inability to reschedule

ACTORKLASS:

ActorKlass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule its online classes. ActorKlass will provide at least 2 calendar days’ notice, prior to the scheduled class date

If a class is canceled or postponed by ActorKlass, the registrants will be offered the opportunity to choose another date/time the same class is offered

ActorKlass will not be responsible for expenses incurred by the participant if a class is canceled or postponed
